  The reason why Cole | Bishop is off to the hockey stick like success growth within the M&A space that is guarded by giants in the industry is our ability to really understand the founders we are working with.  This is why we want every advisor, every partner, and even our support staff to be to be first and foremost a founder.  So we designed our recruiting plan how we would want it for ourselves ...because after all we too are participating within it as well.
